Product Marketing Manager – Loyalty

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager to drive profitability through the adoption and engagement of its Loyalty product. You will shape the marketing strategy, lead upgrade initiatives, and help maximise customer lifetime value across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply understand customer needs and Loyalty product mechanics worldwide, using data‑driven insights to inform strategy.
• Design and execute the Loyalty product marketing strategy across all channels, from positioning to launch campaigns.
• Craft compelling value propositions and narratives, collaborating with creative teams to bring them to life.
• Orchestrate Loyalty launches in multiple markets, ensuring consistent messaging while tailoring to local nuances.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with Product, Design, and Communications to boost product awareness and adoption.
• Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify segmentation opportunities and optimise conversion strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing within a fast‑paced, preferably hyper‑growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of driving premium product adoption.
• Knowledge of fintech or payments markets and competitive landscape.
• Expertise in setting strategic direction and managing complex go‑to‑market campaigns involving multiple teams.
• Ability to generate original ideas and uphold creative excellence while maintaining brand integrity.
• Solid background in consumer marketing with familiarity across in‑product, digital, PR, and offline activation channels.
• Excellent communication skills.
