Procurement Analyst – Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Bose Portugal is looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to join its Business Service Center in Lisbon. You will support the Procurement Team by managing sourcing projects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high‑quality goods and services are delivered on favorable terms.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage execution of sourcing initiatives (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and contracting projects.
• Procure high‑quality goods and services while achieving favorable commercial terms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, suppliers, category managers, Legal and Finance departments.
• Handle contract lifecycle activities including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.
• Execute “2 Bids n’ Buy” processes, manage bid proposals and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain preferred supplier lists, provide guidance, and conduct spend analysis.
• Review and process vendor creation requests.
• Administer sourcing and contracting projects in Ariba.
• Work closely with Category Managers throughout the sourcing cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
• Detail‑oriented, professional, and adaptable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to follow‑up on multiple tasks and solve problems independently.

Required skills

• Ariba procurement platform.
