Portuguese Customer Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

Join a dynamic customer service team supporting Airbnb’s global community. As a Portuguese Customer Advisor you will interact with hosts and guests, providing assistance through phone and written channels while working on‑site in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound queries from hosts and guests.
• Identify and present the best solutions using Airbnb’s marketplace platform.
• Deliver support via phone calls and written communication.
• Meet and exceed service quality, compliance, and productivity targets.
• Contribute feedback and follow management direction to continuously improve the experience.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level proficiency in Portuguese.
• Advanced (C1) English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lisbon.
