Photographer & Fashion Photo Studio Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Photographer & Fashion Photo Studio Manager to lead the creation of fashion imagery while overseeing daily studio operations. This role blends creative vision with strong organisational and leadership abilities to deliver high‑quality visual content and maintain efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality fashion photography for e‑commerce, campaigns, lookbooks and editorial content.
• Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, designers and marketing teams to ensure visuals align with brand identity.
• Manage lighting setups, camera equipment and studio configurations.
• Oversee post‑production workflow, including image selection, retouching and final delivery.
• Maintain studio equipment, props and inventory; coordinate repairs and upgrades.
• Manage studio budget, vendor relationships and production costs.
• Lead and supervise photographers, retouchers and other studio staff, assigning tasks and providing creative direction.
• Develop seasonal shoot calendars and production plans, ensuring consistent image quality and brand alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a fashion photographer and/or studio manager with a strong portfolio.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of studio lighting, camera systems and photo equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite).
