Penetration Tester – Coordination Role

About the role

Aubay Portugal is looking for a Penetration Tester to coordinate vulnerability management activities across its clients. You will work in a hybrid setting from Lisbon or Porto, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure robust security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate penetration testing and vulnerability assessment projects.
• Analyse logs and monitor security events to identify threats.
• Use ticketing and incident‑management tools to track and resolve security issues.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to implement remediation actions.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in vulnerability management and security tools.
• Previous experience in cybersecurity or IT security.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
• Proactive attitude with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
