Organic Growth Manager (Generative Search)

About the role

Revolut is looking for an Organic Growth Manager to lead its generative search strategy. You will shape how the brand appears in AI‑generated discovery experiences, improving visibility, relevance, and trust across emerging answer engines and large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the generative search strategy across AI and search platforms to grow brand visibility, relevance, and trust.
• Optimise website content, structured data, and digital assets for visibility in both traditional and AI‑generated search results.
• Manage content distribution across owned channels and relevant third‑party platforms to support organic growth.
• Work cross‑functionally to strengthen search presence and align with product, data, and marketing teams.
• Measure visibility across AI search and LLM platforms, track downstream performance impact, and use insights to drive optimisation actions.

Required profile

• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end‑to‑end.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable pieces.
• Enjoy working with data and have natural curiosity to make an impact.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Experience in AI search or answer‑engine optimisation.
• Familiarity with LLM ecosystems and AI tools.
• Experience managing brand reputation and digital presence.
• Knowledge of experimentation platforms and analytics tools.
