Multilingual Customer Support & Content Moderator – Greece/Portugal

About the role

We are looking for multilingual Customer Support Specialists and Content Moderators to join our international team in Greece or Portugal. The role offers the chance to work both remotely and on‑site while enjoying life near some of Europe’s most beautiful coastal cities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers efficiently and professionally.
• Review and moderate online content when required.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with an international team.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency.
• Fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish, Norwegian, Czech, Portuguese, Croatian, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish.
• EU citizenship or a valid work/residency permit for Greece or Portugal.
