Mid-level Frontend Developer (Hybrid, Braga)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a motivated Frontend Developer to join its Braga hub. You will work on a variety of client projects, turning design concepts into responsive, high‑quality web interfaces while collaborating closely with UX designers and other developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user‑centric web applications using core frontend technologies.
• Implement features with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Write and maintain automated tests using tools such as Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, Playwright or Cypress.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate visual designs into functional code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user‑focused designs.
• Good level of English communication.
• Currently residing in Portugal.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular or Vue).
• Testing tools/frameworks: Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress.
