Meta Ads Creative Strategist

About the role

We are a growth‑marketing agency that produces a high volume of direct‑response Meta ads for eCommerce clients. As a Creative Strategist you will translate research, data and audience insights into concise, production‑ready creative briefs that guide creators and editors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance data of existing creatives to identify winning elements.
• Prepare video briefs and scripts for editors, brand founders and UGC creators.
• Develop and maintain a master strategic document for each client.
• Brainstorm weekly ad angles, hooks and psychological wedges.
• Monitor industry trends, policy updates and competitor activity to inspire new concepts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to communicate insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in paid media.
• Strong understanding of what types of content convert on Meta platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creative ideation.
• Open‑minded, eager to learn and able to convey findings to both teammates and clients.
• Passionate about eCommerce and stays up‑to‑date with industry blogs, podcasts and new strategies.
