Marketing Manager – Family Segment Pricing

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Pricing Chapter and work on the Family Squad. You will focus on fixed, convergent and post‑paid mobile voice offers, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to shape pricing strategies and drive customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the pricing strategy for the Family segment, covering fixed, convergent and post‑paid mobile voice offers.
• Propose and launch new offers and campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers.
• Monitor business indicators, market trends and continuously improve performance.
• Gather business requirements, work with IT teams and manage offer/project implementation across all stakeholders.
• Define business rules and operational procedures for stores, online channels and call‑center assistants.

Required profile

• Master’s degree preferred in Management, Economics or Marketing.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience in a similar marketing or pricing role.
• Strong analytical, strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Results‑oriented, autonomous and comfortable in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the telecom sector and Vodafone’s product portfolio (preferred).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
