Marketing Executive

About the role

ERPGap, a fast‑growing Odoo implementation partner, is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its Viseu office. You will support day‑to‑day marketing activities, outreach, and business support while gaining exposure to ERP, AI‑driven solutions and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and schedule content.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and following up on webinars.
• Support email marketing campaigns and maintain mailing lists.
• Conduct market and prospect research.
• Collect client testimonials, edit videos and publish them.
• Help generate leads and organize marketing materials.
• Maintain CRM and marketing records.
• Perform general marketing and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good organizational abilities and a positive, learning‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms.
• Interest in marketing, technology or business software.
