Maritime Operations – Export & Import (Oporto)

About the role

We are looking for a Maritime Operations professional to manage daily export and import activities for perishable goods at our Porto hub. You will work within Logista’s subsidiary El Mosca, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused maritime transport.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily export and import operations, prioritising temperature‑controlled shipments.
• Ensure full compliance with national and international maritime regulations.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and suppliers to guarantee service satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve operational and logistical issues promptly.
• Prepare, verify and manage all required documentation for shipments.

Required profile

• Operational knowledge of maritime export and import processes.
• Experience with transport of perishable (refrigerated or cooled) goods.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset.
