Low‑Code Developer – Pega Specialist

About the role

Join Siemens Global Business Services as a Low‑Code Developer focused on Pega solutions. You will work within the Digital Solutions team to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality low‑code applications that support business transformation across Europe and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user stories and bug reports, implementing solutions following Pega best practices.
• Investigate cases and incidents, collaborating with platform support, business analysts, and interface experts.
• Utilise troubleshooting tools such as Tracer, Clipboard Viewer, Live UI, PDC and Kibana to identify root causes.
• Perform unit testing and document results according to standard methodologies.
• Support Product Owners, Test teams and Business Analysts with implementation details.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide accurate effort estimations for user stories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Pega development experience, with at least two completed Pega projects.
• Pega PCSA and PCSSA certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Pega flows, data transforms, activities, reports, UI components and properties.
• Understanding of services/connectors, background processing (agents, queue processors, job schedulers).
• Experience with Pega 8.x versions and Cosmos design.
• Excellent written and spoken English and good intercultural communication skills.
