Junior Producer / Art Director

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Producer / Art Director to join our creative management and production agency in Lisbon. You will support the full production pipeline, from pre‑production logistics to brand‑focused social media and website updates, working with photographers, CGI studios and AI artists across fashion, luxury and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pre‑production activities such as booking studios, hiring crew, arranging travel and handling logistics to keep shoots on schedule.
• Maintain and grow our social presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, curating content that showcases our artists.
• Update the company website with new artist work and ensure all assets are properly archived and organized.
• Create presentations and decks using Canva for internal and client‑facing communications.

Required profile

• Highly organized and self‑motivated with a keen eye for detail.
• Interest or background in fashion or luxury is a plus.
• Familiarity with photographers, stylists and brands within the fashion and luxury space.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging workflow technologies (not mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for designing presentations and decks.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Strong logistical coordination abilities for studio bookings and travel arrangements.
