Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to join our legal team within a leading shopping‑centre management company. This role offers direct exposure to commercial operations, retail leasing, and real‑estate asset management, providing a solid foundation for a business‑oriented legal career.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support across all business areas, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating retail lease agreements.
• Assist the mall income and retail media teams with contractual matters.
• Support shopping‑centre management on day‑to‑day legal issues and collaborate with rental and collections teams.
• Draft, review, and manage service agreements, construction contracts, and other relevant legal instruments.
• Conduct legal research and monitor legislation affecting the company’s activities.
• Contribute to legal opinions and identify potential legal risks.

Required profile

• Law degree with up to 3 years of experience (law firm or in‑house).
• Interest in commercial, contract, and real‑estate law.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
