Industrial Engineer – Process Improvement (Medical Devices)

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our improvement services team in the manufacturing area. The role focuses on driving process improvement projects for our medical‑device clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned process improvement projects using a structured methodology.
• Conduct process analysis, identify key improvement areas, and develop implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including manufacturing and process development engineers, to execute changes.
• Measure the impact of process changes, adjust as needed, and ensure sustained performance.
• Create process documentation, provide training, and raise awareness of new procedures.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote continuous improvement.
• Identify tools and technologies that support improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing metrics and dashboards to track process performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred).
• At least one year of experience in the medical‑device industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in an administrative shift as needed.
