About the role

Join a global technology leader as an Inbound Sales Advisor, supporting Italian‑speaking customers from the comfort of your home in Portugal. You will guide callers through product choices, upsell solutions and ensure a premium brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Recommend the most suitable products based on usage, budget and preferences.
• Promote complete solutions through upsell, cross‑sell and accessory attach.
• Explain product differences, compatibility and key benefits clearly.
• Handle objections confidently and guide customers toward purchase decisions.
• Achieve KPIs including client satisfaction, attach and compliance.
• Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product launches.
• Deliver a premium brand experience in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluency in Italian (C1) and good English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or contact‑center environments.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills with confidence in sales conversations.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored, solution‑based products.
• Results‑driven mindset with experience meeting targets and quality standards.
• Interest in technology and quick learning of product knowledge.
• Strong digital literacy, able to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Adaptability, resilience, accountability and ability to work flexible schedules.
