About the role

Aksa Capital is seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer to manage Portugal Golden Visa applications and provide comprehensive legal support for immigration and corporate matters. The role involves close interaction with Portuguese authorities and clients to ensure smooth processing of visa and real‑estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end processing of Portugal Golden Visa applications.
• Prepare, review, and present Golden Visa cases before relevant authorities.
• Liaise with Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo (AIMA) for submissions, follow‑ups, and approvals.
• File and manage appeal cases for Golden Visa and other clients with Portuguese authorities.
• Provide legal advisory services on Portuguese immigration law.
• Draft, review, and execute real‑estate deeds and property transaction documentation.
• Manage immigration‑related legal matters for clients.
• Handle corporate legal matters, including corporate tax cases and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Portuguese legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Represent clients before relevant legal and administrative authorities when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s or specialization in Immigration/Corporate Law preferred.
• Valid license to practice law in Portugal.
• Proven experience with Portugal Golden Visa cases.
• Strong experience dealing with AIMA and related immigration bodies.
• Hands‑on experience drafting real‑estate deeds and managing property transactions.
• Sound knowledge of Portuguese immigration laws and corporate tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and case‑management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
