HR Assistant – Hybrid (French & English)

About the role

We are expanding our HR operations in Portugal and need a structured, reliable HR Assistant who is fluent in French and English. You will support both day‑to‑day HR administration and early‑stage recruitment, working closely with internal HR stakeholders from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, manage and amend employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including welcome emails, contracts and annexes.
• Prepare employment certificates, attestations and track employee milestones.
• Provide general HR administrative support and maintain accurate documentation.
• Write job descriptions, publish ads and perform CV screening.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, conduct phone pre‑screenings and schedule interviews.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in HR administration and/or recruitment support.
• Strong written communication skills in French and English.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote/hybrid environment.
