Head of Regulatory Compliance – EU Branches

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Head of Regulatory Compliance to lead compliance activities for its EU bank branches. You will combine banking expertise with leadership to support the expansion of Revolut Bank across the European Economic Area.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of regulatory compliance experts.
• Engage with management bodies on compliance positions.
• Support the European Head of Regulatory Compliance with conduct rules, training and reporting.
• Align local compliance frameworks with global standards.
• Conduct compliance reviews of expansion initiatives and new products.
• Advise business units on compliance requirements and controls.
• Proactively identify regulatory issues and recommend remedies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, BSA/AML) and external parties (regulators, advisors, partners).

Required profile

• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience in consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Proven experience engaging C‑suite and board on compliance topics.
• Strong ability to identify compliance risks, conduct gap analyses and create policies.
• Excellent critical‑thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Capacity to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
