About the role
Join W Hotels as a Guest Experience Agent, delivering memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay. You will be empowered to move across the property, handling operational tasks, guest requests and sharing local area highlights while maintaining a professional appearance.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs such as check‑ins, check‑outs and other front‑desk activities to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Address guest requests promptly, providing personalized service and solutions that enhance the overall stay.
- Complete daily reports and documentation accurately, supporting operational transparency and continuous improvement.
- Share highlights of the local area, offering recommendations that enrich the guest experience.
- Move around the property and handle objects up to 10 pounds, performing lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling tasks safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification is required.
