Group Internal Auditor

About the role

As a Group Internal Auditor at TMF Group, you will provide risk‑based, objective assurance and advice to protect and add value to the company’s operations. You will evaluate and improve risk management, internal controls and corporate governance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or participate in audit engagements, from planning through execution and reporting.
• Prepare risk assessments, test control designs, conduct fieldwork and document workpapers.
• Follow up on action plans to resolve audit findings.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and timely reporting.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and collaborate with other auditors.
• Support the Group Internal Audit Manager and Head of Internal Audit in strategic initiatives and the annual audit plan.
• Handle internal audit and regulatory‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Professional certification such as CIA is desirable.
• 2–3 years of experience in internal audit and control methodologies, preferably in financial services.
