Graphic Designer – Hybrid role in Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Lisbon, working in a hybrid model with at least three days a week on‑site. You will create polished visuals that support internal communications, client campaigns, events, and high‑impact presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑format assets for digital and print, including campaign graphics, social content, web elements, and event branding.
• Transform data and complex information into clear, executive‑ready infographics and visual stories.
• Build reusable presentation templates, layout systems, and component toolkits.
• Manage the full design cycle from concept through delivery, incorporating feedback and preparing final files for production.
• Coordinate with external partners such as printers and photographers to ensure high‑quality output.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, presentation, and data‑visualisation work.
• Proficiency in Figma for layout, components, and collaboration.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (After Effects/Premiere a plus).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfort with data visualisation and the ability to make numbers visually engaging.
• Curiosity about AI tools and responsible experimentation to improve workflow.
• Collaborative, dependable, and proactive attitude.
