Graphic Designer for B2B Marketing Agency

About the role

Dapper is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its creative team and help build the world’s leading B2B marketing agency. You will translate ideas into compelling visual stories that bring client brands to life across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create on‑brand visuals for a variety of digital formats.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers and marketers.
• Own projects from concept and ideation through execution and final delivery.
• Question briefs, propose improvements, and push for better outcomes.
• Incorporate AI tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney) to boost creativity and efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B, fast‑scaling or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design quality and consistency.
• Excellent eye for detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Open to feedback and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Curiosity about AI‑assisted design workflows.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – especially Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of design principles (composition, typography, color, layout).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Firefly or Midjourney.
• Bonus: After Effects, UX/UI design, Figma.
