Full-Time Online English Tutor

About the role

Flalingo is a global language‑learning platform that delivers live, interactive English lessons to children aged 4‑12. As a Full‑Time Online English Tutor you will work from home, teaching through a play‑based approach and helping students improve their speaking skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, one‑on‑one or small‑group English lessons via online teaching platforms.
• Use play‑based, interactive methods to engage young learners and develop their speaking confidence.
• Prepare lesson materials that incorporate technology and personalized feedback.
• Maintain a professional, child‑friendly virtual classroom environment.
• Participate in the tutor community, sharing best practices and contributing to Flalingo’s growth.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience teaching English to children (4‑12 years old).
• Degree in English Language Teaching, English, Translation, or related field.
• Preferably holds a teaching certificate (e.g., CELTA, TEFL, TESOL).
• Commitment of at least 30 hours per week.
• Patient, creative, energetic and strong in child communication.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, modern computer and a quiet home workspace.
