Frontend Web Developer (all genders)

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for an experienced Frontend Web Developer to join the Frontline platform team. You will help shape cutting‑edge, real‑time assistance tools for frontline workers using modern web technologies and 3D XR concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new frontend features for the Frontline platform in close collaboration with UX and product teams.
• Integrate and synchronize with backend services and ensure reliable cross‑device performance.
• Participate in peer reviews, pair programming, and design discussions to maintain quality and consistency.
• Take ownership of your work, deliver results, and continuously experiment with new technologies.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience building modern web frontends.
• Strong analytical mindset, team spirit, and excellent English communication skills (German a plus).

Required skills

• React.js and component‑based development
• Design systems and reusable UI component libraries
• REST and GraphQL API integration
• State management (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
• Build tooling such as Vite, Webpack, ESBuild
• Styling solutions like CSS Modules, Tailwind, styled‑components, CSS‑in‑JS
• AI coding assistance tools and their workflow integration
