Frontend Python Developer – AI Platform Squad

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Python Developer to join the CAP squad, part of the Data & AI Tribe. The squad builds an Agent Platform that provides an off‑the‑shelf RAG tool and bot widget for managing customer and partner relationships across multiple countries. You will work in an agile, cloud‑native environment, collaborating with analytics, data‑science, IT, procurement and country teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve the frontend of the Agent Platform using React.
• Write and maintain Python code for data pipelines, orchestration and API integrations.
• Support onboarding of new use cases, including environment setup and technical assistance.
• Scale new use cases by drafting playbooks and accelerating deployments.
• Monitor and resolve incidents related to existing bots.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).

Required profile

• Solid experience in both frontend (React) and backend (Python) development.
• Familiarity with API management platforms such as Apigee.
• Understanding of data pipeline creation and orchestration in cloud environments.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams including DevOps, MLOps, data and security specialists.
• Comfortable operating in a distributed, highly secured, international setting.
