Front-End Developer – React & React Native

About the role

The Front-End Developer will create user‑facing experiences for Allia Health Group’s digital platforms, focusing on responsive, accessible web and mobile applications built with React and React Native.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performant web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
• Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into reusable, production‑ready components.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Contribute to shared component libraries and design systems.
• Implement automated unit and integration tests for both web and mobile codebases.
• Optimize performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and responsiveness across devices.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming and agile sprint ceremonies.
• Evaluate and adopt best practices for cross‑platform development and deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, React Native and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building and deploying mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with front‑end build tools such as Vite, Webpack or Metro.
• Proficiency with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Detox.
• Strong debugging and performance‑optimization skills.

What we offer

• Salary range €50,000 – 60,000 (approximately $59,000 – 70,000) per year, based on experience.
