French Sales Specialist (Remote in Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Specialist to join our remote team in Portugal. The role combines customer experience with commercial impact, focusing on retaining existing customers and driving upsell opportunities for a global digital brand.

Key responsibilities

• Engage French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat with a sales and retention mindset.
• Identify churn risks and apply retention strategies to secure loyalty.
• Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
• Handle objections and turn negative experiences into commercial opportunities.
• Deliver a premium customer journey that increases engagement and revenue.
• Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve retention strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in customer service, retention or sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Commercial mindset with focus on results and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, digital environment.

What we offer

• Monthly base salary of €920 plus performance bonus up to €360.
• Language allowance €500, meal allowance €214, assiduity bonus €110 and flex work allowance €60.
