French Client Support – Lisbon

About the role

Join a global customer experience leader as a French‑speaking Client Support Representative based in Lisbon. You will assist French‑market customers for well‑known brands, working in a multicultural team with full training and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, chat or messaging.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance on account, product, order or technical issues.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Follow company processes, quality standards and team guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2 level) and good English for internal communication.
• Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Positive, reliable and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
