Freelance Brand Designer

About the role

Mindrift is seeking a freelance Brand Designer to shape the visual identity of the Tendem project. Working remotely on a part‑time basis, you will combine creative expertise with strategic thinking to build modern, cohesive brand systems for a hybrid AI‑human platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop core brand assets such as logos, visual identity systems, colour palettes and typography.
• Create and organise multiple variations of brand elements for use across digital and print media.
• Serve as the gatekeeper of brand consistency for all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social‑media kits.
• Design scalable visual systems that meet contemporary design standards.
• Validate design quality across platforms to ensure flawless translation of brand aesthetics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction or visual communications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently on a freelance schedule and collaborate with AI‑assisted workflows.
• Strong critical thinking, domain expertise and strategic vision for brand development.

Required skills

• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Advanced skills in Figma for creating and managing design assets.
• Expertise in building brand identity systems from scratch, including logos, colour schemes and typography.
• Experience adapting brand guidelines across digital, social and print formats.
