Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join Alfa Investments, a growing real‑estate development company in the Porto area. The role will own the accounting and finance function and act as the main liaison with external accountants and banks.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the company’s accounting and finance processes.
• Coordinate and communicate with external accountants and banking partners.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• 4‑5 years of in‑house experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller.
• Fluent English (interview conducted in English).
• Experience in a real‑estate development environment is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
