Financial Analyst

About the role

Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, you will lead process and policy updates to ensure smooth, worldwide execution of accounting standards. You will collaborate closely with accounting coordinators and the broader finance team to support monthly closing and the overall financial reporting of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bookings of assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses by compiling and analysing accounting information.
• Analyse trial‑balance variances and assess the reasonableness of figures.
• Consolidate group balance‑sheet and P&L data, supporting financial‑statement disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in meetings and drive progress on accounting initiatives.
• Develop and implement new accounting policies and procedures for the group.
• Provide support to colleagues on specific accounting operations.
• Maintain and verify internal controls for efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with external audit processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or auditing.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience in accounting, auditing or consolidation.
• Knowledge of IFRS; US GAAP is a plus.
• Strong results orientation with proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Team player able to interact across departments.
