About the role
We are looking for a Financial Administrative Technician who is fluent in French to join our new Service Center in Porto. The role supports the European subsidiaries by handling billing and financial administration, reporting to the Billing team leader.
Key responsibilities
- Collect commercial documents required for business operations in a timely manner.
- Enter and validate orders in the information system.
- Check invoicing details and generate customer invoices.
- Follow up with customers and resolve billing disputes.
- Ensure sales are recognized and participate in monthly closings by validating outstanding invoices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in French.
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with order entry and invoicing systems.
