Finance Manager

About the role

Jumpseller is a SaaS platform that helps small businesses run their online stores. As a Finance Manager you will support the company’s growth by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across its international offices.

Key responsibilities

• Track key performance indicators and deliver actionable management reports.
• Prepare annual investment plans and ongoing financial forecasts.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and communicate performance results.
• Manage financial operations in Quickbooks, including cost‑center tracking, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Work with consultants and stakeholders on public incentive programs such as PT2030.

Required profile

• Strong analytical orientation, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Proven ability to develop new processes and solutions from scratch.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to take ownership and support cross‑functional needs.
