Experimentation Manager

About the role

Wire IT is seeking an Experimentation Manager to lead and coordinate global A/B testing programs. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams to design, launch, and monitor experiments that drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and coordinate market‑specific A/B testing initiatives worldwide.
• Set up, QA, launch, and monitor experiments using experimentation platforms, analytics tools, and CDPs.
• Manage workflows in Jira or Asana, tracking dependencies, timelines, and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and localisation teams to guarantee smooth experiment delivery.
• Provide clear status updates, identify blockers, and deliver regional performance insights.
• Support ROI tracking, monitor performance, and link experiment execution to business outcomes.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented executor with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Data‑driven mindset capable of turning experiment results into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and complex workflows.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, data tracking, and result reporting.
