Estonian‑Speaking Content Moderator – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking an Estonian‑speaking Content Moderator to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon. You will be responsible for reviewing live video streams and user‑generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and protect minors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review live video streams for inappropriate, violent, or explicit material.
• Verify that users under the platform’s minimum age are not using the Livestream function.
• Delete, block, and flag content according to established guidelines.
• Organise, filter, and evaluate content for further action.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Estonian (C1) with strong written and spoken skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive or graphic material without bias.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced, high‑volume team.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and quick adaptation to new tools.
