Environmental, Health & Safety Technician – EHS Role

About the role

As an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Technician at Bosch, you will help create a safer, healthier and more sustainable industrial environment. You will work on compliance, waste reduction and sustainability initiatives within a leading automotive electronics company.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve EHS management systems in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and EMAS standards.
• Track legal and regulatory requirements for environmental and safety matters.
• Conduct risk assessments, including environmental and chemical hazards.
• Perform audits and support compliance activities.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental improvement programmes.
• Drive waste‑reduction projects based on circular‑economy concepts.
• Support Bosch’s sustainability strategy and continuous‑improvement processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety or a related field.
• CAP of Senior Occupational Health & Safety Technician.
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial EHS or occupational safety role.
• Proven experience implementing, maintaining and improving ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and EMAS management systems.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of environmental and occupational health & safety legislation, regulations and standards.
• Experience in audits, risk assessment and compliance monitoring.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
