E-commerce Sales & Operations Assistant – Lisbon

About the role

The E‑commerce Sales & Operations Assistant will support the strategic SAD project, which aims to grow Bosch’s Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) Power Tools business across European marketplaces and the regional webshop. Based in the Lisbon Hub, you will work with international e‑commerce, marketing, logistics, IT and finance teams to improve online sales performance and the digital customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and enhance sales performance and on‑site conversion rates (CVR) for the regional D2C webshop and marketplaces.
• Drive and optimise sales to meet or exceed P&L targets and defined sales metrics.
• Implement global commercial guidelines and 4P strategies across the regional webshop and marketplaces.

• Willingness to adapt roles and responsibilities as the project evolves.
