Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – CRM

About the role

Syffer is seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the design and delivery of complex CRM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high‑performance Dynamics 365 implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design of solutions that support digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct in‑depth functional analysis and facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
• Produce high‑level Functional Design Documents aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365, focusing on scalability and performance.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams to ensure proper solution implementation.
• Define and execute functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create test plans, user manuals, and training materials for key users.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities in functional methodologies.
• Mentor junior functional consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, especially Sales and Customer Service.
• Ability to lead functional workstreams and engage independently with business stakeholders.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
