Dynamics 365 Application Manager (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Application Manager to join strategic projects in an international environment. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, security and continuous evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform while working remotely from Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications across Finance, Sales and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident management and resolution activities.
• Coordinate testing cycles, application upgrades and change requests.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and governance.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and enforce security best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Sales and/or Supply Chain Management modules.
• Proven experience in incident handling and testing coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Analytical, proactive, autonomous and detail‑oriented.
