About the role

Delnext is looking for a visionary Brand and Content Director to shape the creative identity of its fast‑growing international transport platform. You will lead the development of compelling brand narratives while staying hands‑on in content production.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all markets and channels.
• Generate and write creative concepts for campaigns, social media, and brand activations.
• Participate directly in photo and video shoots, providing briefing, scripting, and on‑site guidance.
• Lead the ideation and execution of major campaigns, from product launches to seasonal activations.
• Ensure consistent storytelling across digital, retail, and customer experience touchpoints.
• Mentor and collaborate with designers, content creators, and brand specialists.
• Monitor cultural and digital trends to propose innovative formats.

Required profile

• Degree in Design, Communication, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a creative manager with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent writing and concept creation abilities.
• Hands‑on experience in photo/video production, scripting and story‑boarding.
• Fluent Portuguese and proficient English.
