Digital Designer Trainee

About the role

The Digital Designer Trainee will join Design Solutions, BNP Paribas' in‑house design studio, to create and deliver marketing and communication assets that reflect the bank’s brand and values. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across digital and print media while working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design a wide range of marketing assets, including corporate event visuals, digital banners, email newsletters, website layouts, visual identities and print formats.
• Conduct briefings and gather client insights to shape design concepts that meet business objectives.
• Produce design projects in direct contact with internal clients, ensuring high‑quality output within tight deadlines.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout each project lifecycle to set and meet expectations.
• Uphold BNP Paribas brand standards by strictly following graphic guidelines and visual identity frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in creating digital‑focused content.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across transversal teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise, consistent results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with generative AI design tools.
