Data Analyst (Hybrid – Portugal)

About the role

Randstad Digital is seeking a Data Analyst to join a project for a leading financial services client. The role is based in Portugal (Porto or Lisbon) and follows a hybrid work model. You will work closely with Front Office teams in Global Markets, turning business questions into data‑driven insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Extract, transform and load complex datasets, performing ETL processes.
• Generate actionable insights and automate analytical workflows.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Lead end‑to‑end analytical projects independently.

Required profile

• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Professional experience in data analysis, preferably within finance or global markets.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Fluency in English.
