Data Analyst – Business Insights & Visualization

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and work closely with one or more banking business areas. You will turn complex data sets into actionable insights, supporting growth and strategic decision‑making through analysis, visualization and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and prepare large and complex data sets from various sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Build data‑driven models and automated tools with Python (Pandas) to support business processes.
• Identify problems, propose solutions and communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications for the development team.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Professional experience with a data‑visualization tool (Tableau or Power BI) and Python programming (Pandas).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize and simplify complex information.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Presto or Airflow, and with Power Query/DAX, is a plus.
