Cyber Security Specialist – OT Services

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to embed security by design into our Operational Technology (OT) services. You will work within the Plant, Cyber & Digital Operations department to ensure that plant control systems are secure, resilient, and compliant throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate cybersecurity requirements, controls, and architectures into OT service design and evolution.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as IEC 62443 and ITIL, support audits, risk reviews, and manage exceptions.
• Validate security controls before go‑live, conduct service readiness reviews, and oversee secure handover to operations.
• Collaborate with service design owners, architects, engineering teams, SOC/ROC, and plant stakeholders to balance security, operability, cost, and performance.
• Contribute to lifecycle planning, technology refresh, vulnerability remediation, and decommissioning of insecure components.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Automation, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience securing Operational Technology / Industrial Control Systems.
• Hands‑on experience integrating security into system or service design, not just monitoring.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent.
