Cyber Program Analyst

About the role

The Cyber Program Analyst will join the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department of a leading European bank. Based in Portugal, you will help develop the country platform and ensure that all group entities comply with the bank’s cyber security and IT risk framework.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Portugal cyber security platform in line with the Group’s IT risk and security strategy.
• Monitor and assess the maturity of each entity against the Cyber Program requirements (approximately 30 topics).
• Coordinate with a cross‑border team of 22 colleagues (France and Portugal) to deliver consistent assessments and recommendations.
• Support the implementation of the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy across the Group.
• Provide visibility on compliance status to senior stakeholders and contribute to the overall transformation program.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cyber security, IT risk management or digital fraud within a financial institution.
• Understanding of regulatory constraints affecting the banking sector.
• Ability to work in a multi‑entity, multi‑country environment and communicate findings clearly.
