Customer Value Architect

About the role

Neara is looking for a Customer Value Architect to work closely with its highest‑value utility customers in Portugal. You will become an expert on Neara’s AI‑driven digital‑twin platform and help customers translate its capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep proficiency with the Neara software platform and articulate its value to customers.
• Spend meaningful time on‑site with customers to drive adoption, ensure correct usage, and embed the solution across their organization.
• Verify that implementations meet contractual scope and deliver the agreed‑upon business outcomes.
• Understand customers’ strategic goals and advise on how Neara’s solutions can support or enhance them.
• Act as a trusted commercial and technical advisor, addressing workflow and change‑management needs beyond the core platform.
• Collaborate with customers to build business cases, define ROI metrics, and conduct regular value‑delivery reviews.
