Customer Service Specialist (French) – Lisbon

About the role

Join Atlean World as a Customer Service Specialist supporting French‑speaking customers from our Lisbon office. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat and email, delivering friendly, solution‑focused assistance while representing a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat and email with a positive attitude.
• Resolve issues and create positive experiences for each customer.
• Follow brand guidelines and quality standards on every interaction.
• Log and update customer interactions in the relevant systems.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and good command of English (B2+).
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Problem‑solving, can‑do mindset.
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools.
• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean criminal record.
• Availability to relocate to Portugal.
