Customer Service Specialist (English Speaker)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Customer Service Specialist for the Nespresso brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across voice, email, and chat for both B2C and B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify customer needs quickly and provide accurate information on products and services.
• Prioritize first‑contact resolution to enhance overall experience.
• Manage complaints with empathy, turning feedback into improvement opportunities.
• Advise customers and prospects on the full range of Nespresso offerings.
• Showcase product benefits to spark interest and drive satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a positive, learning‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, organize work, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach.
